Moving to Bishop’s Glen is a straightforward financial affair. A small processing fee is due with your initial application; this is refundable should you decide not to move to Bishop’s Glen. Naturally, the first and last months’ deposit are required when your Residency Agreement is approved. The monthly lease payment is determined by the size and the appointments of the apartment you select, and by the number of meals you desire. Remember, one meal per day is already included in your monthly rent.
