James E. Schoenherr, FLMI, is the founder and a principal of Wolfpak. He is WCW’s chief writer and creative director.
Insurance professionals will recognize “FLMI” as a Fellow, Life Management Institute, the designation of superior scholastic achievement awarded by the Life Office Management Association. Equated with a master’s degree in an insurance specialty, fellowship is awarded on completion of a rigorous multi-year program, the FLMI designation earned by only 35,000 to date, worldwide.
Attainment of the FLMI helped further Mr. Schoenherr’s career and reputation in documenting the more intricate and singular marketing, publishing, underwriting and governmental compliance areas of business, especially in the insurance and financial services industries. His undergraduate degree in Risk and Insurance, complimentary to his FLMI specialization in group insurance, was earned at Michigan State University. Further, Mr. Schoenherr is certified by the English Language Institute of America in Practical English and the Command of Words. He has been a guest lecturer at the business schools of the University of California, Los Angeles, the Pepperdine Masters Program, the University of California, Davis, and California State University at Sacramento.

Wolfpak is an affiliate of DAL Enterprises, Inc. of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Mark K. Williams is the founder, president and CEO of DAL, a corporation providing financing research and procurement of investment funding. DAL further provides backroom administrative services to free agent groups like Wolfpak in the communications field, and for similarly structured organizations in the real estate, wireless systems and hospitality industries. Mr. Williams is an active principal in several of the DAL groups, including Wolfpak. DAL was formed in 1973 and is affiliated with independent operations in several of the Western United States.
